At Sketch - The Label, we are happy to exchange or refund your items within 14 days of purchase once your items are accompanied by an original receipt.

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment with an original receipt. Kindly note, a gift receipt is not an original receipt. Merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged within 14 days also.

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Lifestyle items and boxed items are only refundable if packaging remains intact.

If you change your mind, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. To initiate a return for an Irish order, please return send the item to our store listed above and email also if you need any further clarification.
